Meeting Types

Den Meetings

Your Scout will join a Den, a small group of Scouts in the same grade level. Each grade has its own set of Adventures—fun, age-appropriate activities designed to build skills, confidence, and character. 

These dens are led by a Den Leader, an Assistant Den Leader, and often a Den Chief, who helps mentor the Scouts and assists with meetings and activities. 

Lions & Tigers

  • Lion (Kindergarten) and Tiger (1st Grade) dens require each Scout to participate with an Adult Partner. Adult Partners attend all meetings alongside their Scout and actively participate in Adventures.
  • The Den Leader (typically a parent volunteer) coordinates meetings, and every Adult Partner is encouraged to help support the den and its activities throughout the year.

Wolves & Bears

  • Wolf (2nd Grade) and Bear (3rd Grade) Scouts continue building on the skills they learned in earlier years while taking on new, age-appropriate Adventures. For example, Wolves learn basic compass skills, while Bears begin learning knife safety through the Cub Scout Whittling program.
  • These dens are led by a Den Leader, an Assistant Den Leader, and often a Den Chief—an older Scout from Scouts BSA who serves as a mentor and role model.

Webelos & Arrow of Light (AOL)

  • Webelos (4th Grade) and Arrow of Light (5th Grade) Scouts participate in Adventures that promote greater independence, leadership, outdoor skills, and preparation for the transition into Scouts BSA.
  • These dens are led by a Den Leader, an Assistant Den Leader, and often a Den Chief, who helps mentor the Scouts and assists with meetings and activities.

Den Meetings are generally held on the first, third and fifth Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Pack Meetings

Our Pack includes all dens, from Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Pack Meetings bring the entire Pack together for recognition, awards, games, activities, and important announcements for Scouts and their families. As Scouts complete Adventures, they are recognized at the next Pack Meeting and receive the corresponding belt loop or pin to wear on their uniform. After completing the required Adventures for their grade, Scouts earn their rank badge, which is also proudly displayed on their uniform.

Each May, all Scouts advance to the next year's den as they move up to the next grade level.

Pack Meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Committee Meetings 

Pack Committee Meetings are where the planning, teamwork, and support behind our pack come together. During these meetings, we discuss upcoming events, support our leaders, share ideas, and work together to create fun, meaningful experiences for our Scouts and families.

Whether you are a current leader, a new family looking to get involved, or simply curious about how you can support the pack, we welcome your participation.
