Our leadership team is committed to providing a positive, supportive, and engaging Scouting experience where every youth has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. Through adventure, teamwork, and encouragement, Scouts build self-confidence, develop leadership skills, discover a sense of belonging, and create lasting friendships while having fun along the way.

A successful Cub Scout Pack is made possible through the dedication and support of our adult volunteers. Every volunteer plays an important role in helping deliver a quality Scouting program and creating meaningful experiences for our Scouts.

There are many ways to get involved based on your interests, availability, and comfort level. Whether you are interested in serving in a leadership position, helping at events, supporting activities, or assisting with occasional projects, your time and talents make a difference.

For those looking to take on a larger role, opportunities are available to serve on our Pack Committee or volunteer as a Den Leader or Assistant Den Leader. These positions help plan, organize, and support the Pack’s program while guiding Scouts through their adventures, achievements, and advancement.

If a larger commitment is not the right fit at this time, there are still many valuable ways to contribute. Helping with events, assisting during activities, supporting projects, or lending a hand when needed all help our Pack succeed. Many hands truly do make light work!

Thank you to all of our volunteers and families who help make Pack 117 a place where Scouts can learn, explore, and create unforgettable memories. Together, we are building a stronger Pack and providing experiences that will last a lifetime.
