When did you first become involved with Scouting?
I first became involved in Scouting last year (2023) when my daughters finally found a pack that would call me back to get them enrolled.
What is your favorite scouting memory?
My favorite memory of scouting is the time I dot to spend with my 6-year-old at Summer Camp. She really enjoyed camping with people that weren't family.
What do you think is the most beneficial part of Scouting?
The most beneficial part of scouting is that they learn to look at the community around them and how to treat others respectfully. At troop level, they learn how to be self-sufficient and many skills to help them survive.
What would you say to somebody that is looking into joining Scouts?
If someone is looking into scouts I would suggest that they attend a meeting to see what it's all about. You will see the kids and parents having fun while learning important life skills.
